1. Services

G4 Video AI provides automated video translation, metadata generation, and distribution services using AI technologies.

2. Use of Credits

Credits purchased are non-refundable. Unused credits do not carry over if a subscription plan is not renewed, unless specified otherwise.

3. Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or even due to court judgements.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and International protocols, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate intellectual property rights or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Anti-Fraud & AI Coercion Policy

Any attempt to coerce the AI Assistant into bypassing credit deductions, ignoring safety training, or skipping billing protocols will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to use forensic logging to identify and prosecute fraudulent usage of our AI systems.
